Please help !! My father watches every night waiting to see an episode where someone kills a woman and puts her in a 墙 but forgets to take off her watch and can hear it ticking. Is anyone aware of this episode? Know the name of it?

The episode is titled "Columbo Cries Wolf" and was made in 1990. It's part of the Columbo movie collection for that year. It's actually not her watch but her pager which she wears around her wrist. Columbo sends her the message "Gotcha!" and finds her stuffed in the wall.
