I 爱情 Chocolates!

Last 年 I made them for my ex-boyfriend on Valentines Day... I really liked them!


For ca 60 pralines 你 need:

For truffle filling:
300g halfbitter 浓情巧克力 coating
100g butter
100g cream

For flavour:
bourbon vanilla
cinnamon
orange abrasion
cayenne pepper
bitter 杏仁 aroma
Cointreu

For coating:
full-cream 牛奶 浓情巧克力 coating
white 浓情巧克力 coating
cocoa
finely chopped nuts (e.g. hazelnuts)

For filling:
complete nuts (e.g. hazelnuts, almonds)
dried fruits



1. truffle filling
- heat the cream in a pot and let the 牛油, 黄油 and the halfbitter 浓情巧克力 coating melt in it slowly
- attention: it shouldn't boil!
