She's Piper and Leo's daughter, third child. She's born in the 圣女魔咒 graphic novels, after the TV series ended (discounting the flash forwards at the end of the last episode). She's named after her aunt Prue and her middle name is after the first witch in the Halliwell line.

Actually she's named affter her Aunt Prue also.Prue was Prudence Melinda Halliwell too
