“Cas?” Meg called from the living room in the mansion. She was standing 下一个 to the corpse of the owner of the mansion.
Cas stumbled upstairs and came into the living room. He fell backwards against the 墙 and sank down on the carpet.
Meg quickly ran towards him and bent through her knees. She took his hands and noticed the blood on his hands. “Are 你 hurt?”
Cas shook his head. “No” he 说 out of breath. “It’s not my blood. It’s Frederik’s and Marcus’s” He looked at Meg, terrified.
Meg swallowed. “Did 你 kill them?” she asked, though she already knew the answer....

Cas examined the rectangle he had found on the floor of his cell. There had been a note on it. ‘A present from Meg. Use it when 你 need me’
A strange warmth filled Cas’ 心 as he read the note over and over again as if it were a 爱情 letter. Somewhere behind all that tough 表演 Meg cared for him. He knew that now and when he got out he would find her and convince her to give him another chance. He wouldn’t be so needy anymore, he wouldn’t…chase her like a 迷失 puppy.
“I’m starting to think someone wrote a novel on that small piece of paper” a British voice said.
