Of course Joyce loves Buffy the most. She was her mother. No man can love somebody as much as a mother loves their child :)

Is this a joke question, of course Joyce her mother loves her most, next would be giles who basically adopted the father position!

Nothing is stronger then a mothers love but after Joyce i would go:

Giles
Spike
Dawn
Angel
Willow
Xander

Seriously? At the beginning of the series, I would have said Joyce or Giles. But after about season five or six, I have to say Spike.

^^^Agreed. Though it depends what type of love you mean, because a mother-daughter love is very different to other types of love.
I would have said Giles once, that was until season 7 when he totally betrayed her, I really couldn't believe it when he did that.

Angel did everything to give Buffy a better life, a life she deserved. He spared her hurt as much as he could, he gave up EVERYTHING so that she could have what she needed. He always put her safety above everything else and he gave her heart. He surely did love her most of anyone (apart from Joyce, that's motherly love) and Buffy loved him the most, as she said in Selfless.

No one can love a single person than that of a mother. Hands down, Joyce.
