i think i posted this somewhere before but other flaws

spike and angelus smoke, but they can't breath at all we know this because angel could not give mouth to mouth to buffy

if vamps how no blood flow then erm well how to blood get to certain parts of angel and spike to allow them to have sex?

has anyone ever notice none-important vamps set on fire really easily and die but important vamps such as angel and spike smoke for ages before actually setting on fire?

hmmm i have a theory about season 7 maybe the drowing does has some effect as they are very similar to humans like in season 3/4 of angel when he's in that box in the sea he blacks outs and hallucinates? weak i know but just a idea

Season 4, Episode 7 : The Initiative

Spike wakes up in the initiative, with the chip already in his head. Although this is the case, Spike beats the crap out of several scientist-looking guys with no pain at all.

He is attacking Willow when it is made evident that he has the chip. Before he feels the pain though, he pushes her against the wall, and the chip doesn't take affect.

In the later episodes Spike barely has to touch someone before he is given a lovely headache.

Yeah i know about the chip its like they weren't sure what they were going to do with it yet.....
I have another one in season 3 the first appearance of the first Giles helps buffy figure out whats going on by reading a book that leads her to figure out where the harbingers are but in season 7 they pretend they know nothing and have no knowledge...Buffy is the only one that knows anything.

also as he proves in season 5 "fool for love" that if theres no intent to actually hurt the person then it doesn't take effect so if slaming willow against the wall was just spike teasing and threatening her then the chip wouldn't have activated
hmmm as for the guys at the inciative, the chip taking time to work? or who knows the inciative was experimenting with loads od stuff they may have even been part demon
anyone got any theories on the ones that i mentioned?

As for vampires not breathing; in season 2 when Spike "helps" Buffy defeat Angelus, he makes Dru pass out by choking her, that would never work on a vamp.

You are so right nosemuffin I didn't even think of that....and amazondeb the whole smoking thing i dont get because if they dont breath then they cant inhale and then whats the point of smoking...and the blood thing yeah their heart doesn't beat so it doesn't pump blood so thats a good point as well...

And I was talking about season 3 the christmas episode when it snows giles looked up the first and they figured out where to find the bringers but in season 7 they act oblivious like he never did that..It's like only Buffy remembers it.And he says the only books with anything was at the council well it wasn't then.

i can't think of any explanation for that except mayeb giles brains are going a bit dodgy from being knocked out so many times lol

Yeah Giles has been knocked out quite a few times.... Another thing I don't get is when Buffy died the second time there wasn't a new slayer called isn't that weird.Because when Buffy died in season 1 just for a second Kendra was called then when Kendra died Faith was called.Why wasn't someone called the second time she died.

That is definitely a good point. I was going to say because no one was aware that Buffy died; they atttemped to keep it pretty quiet with the buffy-bot and everything. This doesn't really work though, because it wasn't exactly announced to the council that Buffy died the first time, and Kendra was still called.
Also, I don't really get how stealthy they were trying to be with Buffy's death at the beginning of the sixth season. They went through all that trouble of programming the buffy-bot, and were careful with Mr. Summers and everything else. If it was so damn important that they kept the secret, why the hell would they make a grave stone for her:

Buffy Summers
Beloved Sister. Devoted Friend.
She saved the world, a lot.

I don't know about you, but if I was trying to keep someone's death a big friggin' secret, thats not the first thing I'd do.

They never called another slayer because Joss thought it would just be going over old ground (Kendra/Faith and all that 'rivalry' with Buffy), nothing mystical behind it all.

The smoking thing - I remember one of the writers saying once that in the Buffyverse vamps 'simulate' breathing. This has to be said because you can't ask Boreanaz and Masters to hold their breath for the duration of filming!

they didn't call up a new slayer because as far as the mystics were concerned faith was the new slayer, there fore in order for a new one faith would have to die

hmmm good point anyanka but as far as i know vamp n demons don't reall read gravestones or abitunaries you know?

what i always notice about buffy when you watch the dvds you notice the blackouts on a tense point where the adverts would be and straight afterwards the characters will have changed postition or something will have changed to make it easier for the directer the only e.g. i can think of right now is in "reptile boy" where after the advert break makita has move back serveral feet so there more time for buff to get out of them pesky chains just in time lol

and as far as a new slayer being called when kendra died buffy was alive so they didn't have to call Faith there was already a slayer...

Yeah exactly but they say when buffy died in the season finale of season 1 for that brief second Kendra was called.

he gets out this massive riffle that unless he was going to ask someone else to do it for him he couldn't even kill himself with because his arms arn't long enough lol

bt does it annoy anyone else when buffy turns up in stupid clothing for fighting vamps? like wedges, a bubble ring, mini skirt, hair down?
i mean it's smg you can dress her in tight jog pants and a vest top and she still looks lot!

My theory is that after Buffy died for that one minute Kendra was called and became, for a lack of better term, the "real" slayer. And then after Kendra died, Faith was called. So when Buffy died the second time a new slayer wasn't called because Faith was the current one in the slayer line. The only way for a new slayer to be called would be if Faith died.

I'm not sure if this is a glitch as much as it's "I just don't get it". Faith is supposedly from the Boston Mass area, just like Eliza Dushku. But Eliza chooses to portray Faith with a Canadian accent, so much so that SMG emulates the accent when she has to play Faith. I wonder why that is?

Yeah, you're right Tisha. Buffy was still a REAL slayer, but once Faith was awoken as the slayer, the line was transferred to her.

is it a Canadian accent?
i thought it was meant to be well to use joss's term "white trash"
i only know on Canadian and she has a very heavy accent so i wouldn't really know what it sounds like
