Buffy dies in season 1, the episode name is Prophecy Girl. She dies a 2nd time in season 5, the episode name is The Gift. She does get shot in season 6, the episode name is Seeing Red, but she does not die.
In the season 1 finale she gets bit 由 the master and drowns, but Xander revives her. In the season 5 finale she jumps to her death to close a portal, but is brought back 由 Willow, Xander, Anya, and Tara in the beginning of season 6. She gets shot 由 Warren near the end of season 6 in the same ep where Tara dies, but Willow saves Buffy.

the first time at the end of season 1 where the master bights her and she drowns and the end of season 5 where she jumps in to the portal that her sister dawn created to save little dawny and to save the world, she died for 147 days not including the 日 she was revived and at the first & 秒 episode of season 6 Willow, Xander, Anya and Tara used magic to revive her.
She first dies in season 1 after being bitten 由 The Master. The official 秒 death was the finale of season 5. But 你 could also count her death in season 3. Don't know what I'm talking about? Watch "The Wish" again.
