Fire, Graceling, 或者 Bitterblue, all 由 Kirsten Cashore. Good books. Not too much in the superpower department, but 火, 消防 (Fire) has mental power and Katsa (Graceling) is raced with survival (fighting, foraging, etc.). Bitterblue doesn't really have a "power".

Any book 由 Tamora Pierce, though the romance tends to be in the later 图书 of eah quartet.

The 着魔 Forest Chronicles 由 Patricia Wrede.

Maximum Ride 由 James Patterson. 更多 sci-fi than fantasy.

Percy Jackson and the Olympians/The 超能英雄 of Olympus 由 Rick Riordan. The narrater in PJO is a guy, but everything else meets the criteria. His 爱情 interest is there almost the entire time.

The Kane Chronicles, also 由 Rick Riordan. There are two narraters, one of which is a girl.

I am number 4. There isn't a strong female character until the 秒 book though.
