The scene opens with NYPD going up to an apartment of a Muslim and they tell him to freeze. At the Reagan’s home, Henry and Erin are getting ready to go for a picnic when Frank gets a call that he has to take. Danny gets a call as well and tells that he can’t joint Erin and Henry either. Frank is briefed that they have Steven Hassan in custody for a terrorist threat and he is the same man from earlier taken into custody. He is told that there was a computer made to a bridge and Frank thinks that the target is a bridge. He tells Frank that the car that has the explosive built...

"Officer Down"
To catch the killer of an off-duty cop, Danny (Donnie Wahlberg) used some of his usual strong-arm tactics, but it was Grandpa Henry (Len Cariou) who ran afoul of Commissioner Frank (Tom Selleck) this week, when he sought out an old crime rival for his help, one retired gentleman to another.

The scene opens with Commissioner Frank Regan getting ready for the graduation of his son, Jamie Regan. The newly graduated recruits march down to their seats and Frank gets up to talk to them. In this week's case, a series of sexual assaults on a college campus are traced back to an Argentine diplomat's son, whose father refuses to waive diplomatic immunity.

How the Reagans get around that diplomatic immunity and nail the jerk is impressive, and a commendable family effort. For once, everyone is on the same side. Everyone but Jamie's upper-class fiancé, that is.
