Grimmjow's final attack was epic... It really showed how powerful his reiatsu was and how determined he was to beat Ichigo. I'd have to say that this my favorite Espada technique, while Cero Oscuras comes close in second. My favorite Shinigami technique is Iro Oni followed closely by Ryusenka and Hyoten Hyakasso.

Gotta be Gokei. Orb of deadly blades surrounding the target and exploding outwards afterward, just a beautiful display of strength and effectiveness.

Benihime's cry seems to have similar properties to cero, as Kisuke showed by negating Yami's. I find Kisuke's zanpakutou to be pretty interesting on its own, being one of the few known female zanpakutou's owned by a male.
After Benihime, I'd choose Iro Oni because of how unique its concept is, and Amor, also because of how it follows a concept, rather than scientific logic.

I wish you could put the person who uses that.
