Bleach: Blackout is going to serve as an RP forum for anyone interested in joining. As an extension of the Shinigami Academy, it will provide an outlet for alternative storylines. However, this forum is adaptable, and therefore may actively be manipulated by participants (within reasoning, of course).

Participants may introduce their characters, and they will be worked into the story upon availability and progress. In essence, this forum represents the free-thinking fans of Bleach. There can be original characters, and if posters feel like completely departing from the original plot, that is possible within the parameters of this forum. Like with Bleach, each storyline is considered an “arc.” Consecutive arcs may be related, and they may not be. This choice is up to the posters.

Each person is responsible for the following:

Character bio (Captain? Lieutenant? Hollow? Other?)
Appearance (body, clothing, hair, eyes, anything that provides some visual insight into your character)
Personality (special characteristics etc.)
Zanpakuto (Shikai & Bankai) – Don’t feel bullied into disclosing every detail of this process. A small level of mystery adds depth, after all.
