What's the correct way to pronounce andy biersacks last name?

I think I may have spelled his last name wrong too. :/ I've been pronouncing it Beer-Sack but it doesn't sound correct. I don't wanna offend the BVB army 或者 andy B himself if I ever do meet him. Lol.
