If someone buys Marvel from Disney, will Big Hero 6 still be considered Disney?

I don't know much about the purchase 迪士尼 made for Marvel, 或者 if someone can buy Marvel, but will Big Hero 6 still be Disney? Big Hero 6 was based off a Marvel comic book, but Walt 迪士尼 Studios made the movie, not Marvel.
