It should only take a maximum of 15 分钟 to wash off any dirt from your skin.
The skin has a very thin outer layer called the stratum corneum. It's composed of a layer of dead skin cells. It's needed to protect the underlying layers which contain all the vitamins, lipids, and living cells. When 你 bathe so much, you're washing this outer layer off. Without the stratum corneum, 你 have less protection from sun rays and normally harmless airborne bacteria.
It's a bigger issue than just dry skin. 你 may actually be 更多 susceptible to sunburn and rashes, and any other irritant. Some studies even 显示 that without this outer layer of skin, you're putting yourself at a higher risk of skin cancer.

This is pretty much exactly what I was going to follow up with. If 你 can switch over to a normal routine without any problems, 你 probably don't have OCD - but if it causes 你 a lot of grief, that may be a sign of a problem. See a doctor either way! This is not normal behavior
um... the amount of 淋浴 gel is a little much... (and as for the bath yea a little abnormal i mean id 爱情 to spend 5 hours a 日 in a bath but must people including myself dont really have the time for that...)
i dont think so. (i spend alot of time doing hair and make up, depending on where im going of course, but i dont think a couple hours is too unreasonable for that...)
