Basically run every other 日 INTENSELY (so it feels like you're gonna die you're so tired)for 12-15 分钟 and it works like hell. Run on Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday, Monday, Wednesday, so on etc.
It works a lot. I 迷失 like 3 kg in a month.

same lol! i cant stop eating 浓情巧克力 at times. but if 你 run 你 can still eat 浓情巧克力 as much as 你 want. just dont over do it.
