Sadly, no. Sex is sex no matter what. So if you're raped then 你 had sex, and aren't a virgin anymore.

My answer is it depends if she liked it. If yes, then she's nota virgin anymore. If she didn't want to, then shes still a virgin

It depends. The himen won't be there anymore. She'll need to go to a doctor. But in her mind she's still, for she's never chosen to have sex.

I think being a virgin is over-rated, tbh. Being raped is something awful anyway, and the woman has to overcome the trauma, no matter how 或者 when it happened.

There's some kind of taboo about woman's virginity. Having sex is something that a girl decides to do, it doesn't make her less special.

First, I want to say that if 你 are asking this because 你 were raped, then I am very very sorry, and I hope 你 got justice (I know this is kind of an old question)
Second, while she may not physically be a virgin anymore, I personally absolutely consider a virgin who was raped to still be a virgin. Virginity is alot 更多 than a physical thing,and rape is an act of violence so I don't consider it true sex.
