Batman has the best rogues gallery of any hero. Batman's adversaries are some of the most iconic baddies in all of fiction. Joker, Penguin, Catwoman, Riddler and the others have quite the fanbase. However, 蝙蝠侠 has plenty of strong villains who don't get as much attention as they deserve.
