I loved the original series and I would love too see this one :) I am a bit curious about what happened after the series ended.

The new series may have a different "flavor," but with Konietzko and DiMartino as the creators I'm sure it will be awesome. It was just going to be a mini-series of 12 episodes, but Nickelodeon just signed on to 14 more (I think that's why it's taking so long).
