So as a multi-shipper who ships my 最喜爱的 character with pretty much everyone I felt like typing up a thing about it. This is not in any particular order (I didn't order it 最喜爱的 to least 最喜爱的 nor the reverse). That said;

Mai/Azula

I can actually get on bored with this one. I sort of have this zanhar's rules of shipping and one of those things are; if they're 老友记 it's shippable. This one is in fact less of a crack ship to me. Like I can actually take it seriously. I can't exactly explain why though. I think it's centered around the whole betray thing--fics where the two of them work through that are enjoyable to me. There's also the fact that in my silly rules of shipping book; if the character x's sibling dated character y, then character x and character y are now shippable. Azula being character x, Mai being character y, and Zuko being the sibling.

TyZula

This is another one I can hop abroad. Referring back to the whole friendship rule, there's one reason. The other is that I think Azula needs someone really kind and caring. Someone who would understand her and not give up on her. I know Ty-Lee sided with Mai as opposed to Azula but I feel like Ty-Lee doesn't hate Azula and with time they could fix things. That said, Ty-Lee is a sweet girl, I feel like she'd have that understanding I mentioned above.

Sokkla

This is one of my 最喜爱的 Azula ships. Again, I can't really say why though. I guess, really thinking about it--it comes with the opposites attract principal--which was like rule 5 on my stupid list. Azula is 更多 serious, Sokka 更多 of the comedian. She's fire, he's water. On 最佳, 返回页首 of that Sokka is 更多 laid back, I feel like (despite what went down in The Search) he'd be 更多 forgiving if Azula asked for it. I suppose another huge factor is that he's my 最喜爱的 male on the 显示 and I tend to ship my 最喜爱的 male character with my 最喜爱的 female.

Azulaang

Kataang aside, I do ship this. I ship it for the same reasons as I ship Ty-Lee with her. Hell, I think that Aang would be even 更多 patient with her and 更多 understanding than Ty-Lee. He just that kind of person. Throughout The 搜索 Aang seemed to get along with her the best; despite it all he still asked her how her morning was, he still made attempts to talk to her and such. I also think--as he's such a moral character--he could really help heal her so to speak. He could help her re-build that moral compass Ozai had skewed.

Chan/Azula

Rule #3 of zanhar shipping if they had any romantic relationship on screen at any 给 time it's still shippable.
This dude is the only dude bro Azula ever kissed period so I ship that.

Azutara

Not gonna lie, this is my OTP on Avatar, 下一个 to maybe Sokkla. It falls under rules 3 and 4; If they hate each other/are rivals it's shippable and I often ship my 最喜爱的 with my least favorite. I also ship this for the opposites attract thing. To be completely honest I don't know why this one is my 最喜爱的 above all the others.

Jetzula

This one is actually hard for me to ship because they never interacted nor do they even know of each other. I mean it's possible that Jet knows her name because she's the princess, but I doubt Azula even knows that Jet exists. However I can ship this on the basis that they look hot together.

Zucest

Ah yes, the incest ship. Every 显示 has one. Not gonna lie I can roll with this one. Please hear me out on this guys!! I started watching literally in the middle of the book 2 finale--I saw Zuko and Azula working together and I was like damn they'd make a good pair. This being shipped prior to finding out they were siblings. When I found out they were I was like, "oh...ohhhhh!!!" And then there was that scene where he comes into her bedroom to ask her why she gave him credit for 'killing' Aang. It's like damn Bryke, that was way 更多 sexual than it needed to be; I definitely don't talk and 或者 walk up to my brother like that! I guess this is 更多 of a guilty pleasure ship as I find it...interesting? But I wouldn't ever want it to be canon.

Toph/Azula

Is this even a thing? Because if it is, I think it's...interesting

Ozai/Azula

Ya'll know I ship pretty much everything, but this one is just a no for me. He's so much older than she...oh and he's her father! I just can't ship this, not at all.

The Earth King/Azula

Yup, this is a thing and I don't know how it's a thing 或者 why. I ain't gonna judge those who ship it. But I don't. I just can't see it. And that age difference is creepy. I mean I'm all for crack ships but this is too much to me.

Suki/Azula

No.

Zhao/Azula

No.

Iroh/Azula

No.

Appa 或者 Momo/Azula

Crack ship!

Azula/Kuvira

Hell yes. I 爱情 both characters so much. The two are so similar and hardcore I just think they'd make a good pair.

Azula/Haru

I guess this is the same principal as Jetzula. But it's 更多 of a crack ship to me because of all the 'save the mustache jokes' I can make.

Lo&Li/Azula

I ain't even gonna go there...except I sort of just did. But a no on this one too.

June/Azula

I suppose I can sort of see this one. I mean not on a canon level but on a fanfic level.

Long Feng/Azula

Roku 或者 any other past Avatar/Azula

I do not ship Rokzula. That's just such a crazy age difference right there among other things!
I may possibly ship Kyoshi/Azula, I mean they're both pretty hardcore, but again this is 更多 of a crack ship.
It's a no on Yangchen/Azula. I just can't see this one being a thing even in fics.
Age difference aside I can get down with Kuruk/Azula, they look good together. It's less cracky than the other stuff but I still don't really ship it seriously.
I can see WanZula. Same idea as Kuruzula.

Azula/Yue

I mean they're both princesses. I guess I'm 更多 neutral on this one. I don't really have an opinion on it either way around.

Azula/The 唱歌 nomad

Yup this is another thing. I came across it on 阿凡达 Spirit Net. I think this may be my 最喜爱的 crack ship. But that's as far as it goes...just something I'd ship for giggles 或者 joke's sake. Nothing I'd ship for real. Same with things like Azula/Cabbage man and Azula/Foamy guy.

Azula/That Servant She Banished

Hooray crack ships! All though this fits under that whole if they're rivals they're shippable. But nah I don't seriously ship this.

Bumi/Azula

Did I miss any character? Well to bad because I feel like pulling anymore pairings out of my bum would just be getting crazy. I already went a crazy.
Oh yeah...nah I don't ship this.

theelvenqueen I actually ship her with everyone including her bending. But I ship her mainly with Sokka :P Azula and Zuko are actually, erm, quite cute together. I actually wish for Bryke to say they're adopted xD Azulaang is one of my favorite ships. Damn, I sometimes think: "Katara get away from Aang!" and the lightning shot and everything made them more shippable.

zanhar1 To be quite honest I can probably ship everything (except maybe Ozai and Azula) on a crack ship basis. Crack ships are much fun. I also mainly ship her with Sokka...and Katara. Thank you lol! I'm glad I'm not the only one who thinks so. When I was reading The Search and saw the part where Zuko thinks he's not really Ozai's son I was just like...so it's not as wrong then. But then it wan't true. Azulaang is also a good one, the fics are so adorable.

KataraLover I didn't even know that some of these ships even existed. This is INSANE! My personal favorite is Jetzula. In every Avatar fanfic I've written, which is like two or so, Azula and Jet always get together. Unfortunately, I'm HORRIBLE at writing Azula because I make her become good and nice too fast instead of making it more natural. But I digress. Ever since i heard about this shipping, I've been a HUGE fan of them. I love the idea of them as a couple because at first they wouldn't be able to stand each other. Jet hates all Fire Nation and Azula looks down upon peasants, especially ones from outside of the Fire Nation. But while their out looks on each other would be negative, they're actually very similar. They fight for what they believe in, have emotional baggage, are brave, clever, calculative, have troubled pasts, they are determined, and both had psychotic meltdowns. I also feel like they'd work off each other very well. I do think that they would crack one-liners at each other, though that's not enough to make a relationship. But I also think that if they were ever fighting together against enemies that they'd make a great duo. I also think that Jet could really help Azula see the good in the world and help her learn how to trust. He actually knows what it's like not to have control over your own mind, so Azula could relate to that with him, even though the reasons for both losing their minds were completely different. Jet could help bring out the good in her because there is good in her and she would help him realize that not all Fire Nation is bad. If there was a show about Azula psychological journey, I think Jet should be her love interest or at least someone similar to him. They're actually my favorite Avatar couple, despite not being official.

zanhar1 Pretty sure I just made some of these up xP but like the nomad and Azula I was like...okay then lol. Jetzula is pretty cool. I've read some of your fics. I feel like I also turn her too nice too quick in fics. Oh well I have fun with it anyways. I think the concept of Jet and Azula learning to love each other is an interesting one as well. They totally would be that sassy hot couple. I'm always more for non-canon couples than canon ones.

KataraLover Just shows how complex of a character Azula is because it shows how difficult she is to write. I have to give props to writers who write complex villains that are supposed to be sympathetic and later reform, it's not an easy job to make it believable. I'm usually for the canon couples, even though there are some exceptions for me.

zanhar1 Indeed. She's a fun character to write in fics though. I do too, any character with depth and sympathetic traits is a character for me. Honestly I'm just all over the place with my ships...and everything else.

Sokket Azulaang is my OTP, Because I also see that Aang can end up changing Azula much more so then Ty lee but I feel that he'd need Zuko's help in the rehabilitation department because he knew her best out of everyone, they both grew up in the same mentally taxing environment and it gives him a chance for him to pass everything he learned from Iroh down onto Azula. I always imagined that due to Azula being the descendant of Aang's past life, Roku, Aang and Azula have a indestructible spiritual bond to the point where they understand each other on an empathy level, allows them to come closer then they have with anyone else and as a bonus, Aang would know when Azula lies and vice versa. Azula should still have her persuasion skills and she might still be attracted to power. Azula could persuade Aang to embrace the firebender ideologies more often and since Aang's the avatar and gets more powerful (and more physically appealing as a bonus) as he gets older, it's almost a no brainer in that department (On a erotic, smutty side to that department, their might be some bdsm action regarding Aang always pleasing Azula under Aang's request because he's humble that way with Azula on top, but Aang might get his chances to dominate which gets Azula off and Aang still humbly pleases her) In all seriousness, Azula may end up terrified with her relationship with Aang because she suffers flashbacks of the domestic violence between Ozai, Ursa and their kids, another flashback of the time she zapped Aang in the back while in the avatar state, nearly putting a permanent end to the avatar cycle and the air nation, and the nightmarish grin she makes while doing it, another one with Mai and Ty lee leaving her for her poor treatment of them but Aang assures her that she has indeed changed, she reconciles with her old friends, was not like her father and was more like her brother after all and Aang quotes Iroh about perfection and power being overrated and that she's wise to choose happiness and love. Aang may teach her about chakras and how to open/master them and lightning redirection while Azula teaches Aang lightning-bending and Aang might pull it off with ease. I'll be tolerant of Tyzula, Azukka or Maizula (If Mai just so happens to not be the mother of Zuko's daughter, Izumi, even though I hear that she is) so long as either of them exist in the Kataang timeline. Otherwise, I expect Azulaang to exist in the Zutara timeline because Zutara is also my OTP. I have been drawn by the pairing Zucest (But ONLY that incest pairing in avatar) for lustful, erotic, smutty and "porn without plot" reasons only plus it kinda makes sense given how dysfunctional their family is and how messed up Azula is in the mind. There's no way that Zuko would get out of that mess without getting messed up in the mind himself.

zanhar1 Yeah that's one of the reasons I ship Azulaang. I think that he can help her overcome her traumas and that can comfort her when she has relapses and flashbacks. I think that she could use someone understanding and forgiving who wouldn't hold the past against her. And Aang could use someone tough who can teach him new firebending techniques and stick up for him when he's too nice to do it himself.

First of all, I'd like to warn anyone who doesn't like Kataang to kindly leave. Second, I would like to announce that I'M BACK, and I'll be coming back on a regular basis. So, enjoy my first story since a 年 an a half ago:

Aang sat on his bed, trying to read under the dim light of a single candle. He couldn’t. Not because of the dim light, but because he couldn’t stop thinking about Katara and the 吻乐队（Kiss） he and she shared on the balcony of Iroh’s teashop earlier that evening. Eventually, he got frustrated and put his scroll down. He sat there, letting his mind take him away.
