Katara is still alive in the show, and I'm pretty sure Zuko's still alive also.
But as for Toph, Sokka and Suki, NO ONE KNOWS O_O

There are 2 comic book series that happen after the TV series. The first one is called "The Promise" about how they deal with rebuilding the world. The 秒 one (which has just started) is called "The Search" which is about the 搜索 for Zuko's mom. link
