This was a tough choice, but I have to go with Hanji (Hange).
Eren, Mikasa and Levi are all very powerful while Armin has high intelligence.
Hanji is smart as well, but...With all effects Armin's death would cause, I have to pick Hanji.

Simple. Strongest soldier dying will be the motivation and the sign the young have to take controll.
Eren has to try hard and save humanity and as Mike is dead Mikasa has to become the new Strongest not shocked why she learns levi's moves and help Eren achieve that. And Armin has to be the Genius
So they will actually have chance.
