Another thing that should be on this list is jury duty. I've never been called myself but I had a coworker- a very religious coworker- who said that to get out of jury duty all you have to do is say you're an atheist. At the time, she wasn't aware that I'm an atheist. I find it so ironic that her Christian morals didn't prevent her from lying about her beliefs in order to get out of performing a civic duty. After she found out I was an atheist, she started subtly trying to convert me- talking more about her religion than she ever had before, recommending Christian books etc.
