Okay, so I got inspired 由 BingoPB (you should definitely her story) but I wanted to do it differently so here I go! Sorry, it's not very exciting! *lol*

Anyway, first how did I know I was Aro/Ace? Well, I didn't. How could I? That word(s) never existed back in the day. 你 were either gay, bi 或者 straight. I identified as straight 或者 screwed if 你 want to look at it like that. But I knew something was different. I was the only girl in my school that knew the lyrics to Backstreet Boys songs. Everyone else concentrated on their looks! I cringed at 爱情 scenes and pretended to like certain guys...

Hi, everyone. BingoPB here, 或者 你 can call me Kayla. I answer to both. I have been wanting to share this story for quite some time, but I decided to wait until June, since June is Pride Month. Without further ado, let's get started, shall we?

When I was a teenager, I had a boyfriend, but the idea of having sex never crossed my mind. I felt that sex was not part of love. I mean, there are people who have sex and don't 爱情 each other. Saying that 你 can't have 爱情 without sex is like saying 你 can't have a dog without a cat. I have a dog, but I don't have a cat. It works out just fine. I...

Hi, everyone. Peaceandlove67 here, 或者 你 can call me Antonia. I am perfectly comfortable with being called Antonia. In fact, I prefer it. I thought I would share my story about coming out as asexual. Some of 你 may already be familiar with the story, but some of 你 are new, and 你 don't know. Without further ado, I'll get into the story.

When I entered into adolescence, I noticed I was different from my 老友记 in the sense that I was not attracted to anyone. I initially thought it was just a phase, and in a year's time, I'd "get over it". One 年 passed, I was fourteen, and nothing changed....

Hello! So I was inspired to write this after seeing a video that showcased an episode from House where the character refuses to believe asexuality exists and and sets to prove it. Yeah...🙄
Anyway... I'm asexual and aromantic 或者 aro/ace. So, 你 can imagine how disappointed and not really surprised that apparently we still live in the dark ages. And so I've come up with 10 随意 问题 about me and being aro/ace. Now this is just from my personal experience others maybe different but hopefully I can open some minds. 😊

1. Am I robot?
Uh, no and I do have feelings and the capacity to love....

《冰雪奇缘》 quickly became one of Disney's most beloved films. There's a lot of reasons why, but the main reason was because of one of the film's protagonists, 皇后乐队 Elsa. Elsa connected to people for a lot of reasons. 迪士尼 princesses are common, but queens usually aren't very prominent in films. Elsa's song, Let it Go, quickly became one of the biggest songs in the entire world. It was a song about Elsa learning to stop hiding her ice powers. However, the song took on a new life as a metaphor for coming out.

When it comes to 迪士尼 princesses, they almost always get together with a prince. Frozen...

Okay, so I think it's fair to say we've all seen our share of depictions of soulmates. Whether it's in movies, fanfics, songs, etc.
Now usually soulmates have been described as two people with clocks under their skin, burning sensations and weird markings and the occasion 颜色 (ooh, the colors!) Honestly, it sounds terrifying! *lol*

But that being 说 I do think soulmates exists and I think it's possible that there's a soulmate out there for anyone. But I also think it doesn't have to be romantic. A soulmate can be someone 你 connect with (minus the skin burning, ouch! *lol*)

And even if you're...

Asexuals tend to be seen 由 our very sexual society as being "incomplete". Straight, gay, bi, etc. people often view them as "a 花 that has yet to bloom", waiting to reach its potential. These assumptions are wrong and are offensive to those who identify as asexual.

Asexuality is quite possibly the most misunderstood of all sexual orientations. It's hardest for people to understand is that if you're asexual, you're not sexually attracted to men, women, 或者 anyone inbetween. The first assumption for most is that a lack of sexuality is some kind of defect, because even being gay 或者 bi is more...
