日本动漫 Article: Reasons people watch Dubbed anime.

Okay, So recently I have been see a lot of 评论 and stuff in this club that are meant just to insult dubbed 日本动漫 and I am getting kind of annoyed 由 it so I decided to tell people my opinion on the subject. First of all I would liked to point out that I watch subbed and dubbed 日本动漫 and like both of them for different reasons.
Now one of the arguments against dubbed 日本动漫 that I see a lot is that people only watch dubbed 日本动漫 because they are to lazy to read. This is not true there are a lot of other reasons that people wouldn't 或者 couldn't read the subs.
1. Dyslexia 或者 They are slow readers, My friend (Who has dyslexia) loves 日本动漫 but doesn't like 阅读 the subs because it takes a while for her to read the subs and she doesn't like pausing the TV 显示 every 10 秒 so she can read the subs.
2. The Grammar in the subs, Me and 更多 than a few of my 老友记 find it really annoying. This won't annoy most people but I correct everyone when they have bad grammar.
Now for the 下一个 reason some people say they change the 日本动漫 and ruin it so I decided to test this theory. I watched the dubbed and subbed version of Baka and Test, Vampire Knight, and Nana. While I will admit they changed some things it didn't make one worse then the other.
There are also people who who say the dubs sound monotone 或者你 can't feel really sense the emotion 或者 the voices sound stupid. Most English voice actors aren't that bad and just because they speak English that doesn't mean they can't have emotion in their voice. I personally find that i feel the emotion 更多 in Dubbed 日本动漫 because they are speaking in a language I understand.
About the supposed stupid voices that is a matter of opinion and while I have found some voices in the English dubs that I didn't particularly like none of them were bad enough to make me want to go look for a subbed version of the anime.
Finally I would like to remind everyone that this is my opinion and 你 don't have to agree with me.I would also like to say if 你 want to leave and 评论 just to tell me my opinion is stupid please don't waste your time because I won't waste my time 阅读 it but if 你 want to tell me your opinion that is fine. Keep in mind this isn't trying to insult subbed 日本动漫或者 the people who watch subbed anime. I hope 你 liked 阅读 this. :)

Zeppie Dub haters are just a bit silly :P Good article, I agree with a lot of what you listed. Especially that point on dyslexia. My brother has dyslexia and it stopped him from watching anime subbed because he can't keep up with the text, because reading it too quickly makes it jumbled in his head, so he can't follow along with what they're saying.

pumpkinqueen I definitely agree on the dyslexia one, since I have that myself. I do watch sub, but only when there is only a sub or if I really loved the anime, so I watch it again in subs. But a lot I can't understand or they move to fast for me to read, especially in fight scenes. So dubs are just easier for me to watch, which makes them funnier to me. But I do still like subs, I have been watching them more lately, since I am watching more anime that only have subs. Also there are some anime I prefer in subs, though I prefer more dubbed.

hetalianstella I agree with you!~ My friend is an otaku who has dyslexia so she struggles with subs. I myself prefer dubs. The only reason I will watch subs is if the dub is just painfully bad or if the anime doesn't have a dub yet. I do love reading but I find it kind of strange to have to read a tv show XD

EmoSasuSaku I personally prefer subs. However, there are times when I actually do watch dubs but I usually dont watch both. Also some of the dubs make it funnier or more enjoyable such as Hetalia even though it has a great sub as well. Anyway you do make an excellent point there. Some fan subs are terrible. Even though I prefer subs, sometimes when I'm reading it goes by pretty quickly and so i missed a sentence there. I just mainly watch subs for the learning experience of Japanese speaking and I do learn a lot of subs. ^^

narutosaige i watch dubbed anime cuz i cant read subbed fast enough and i dont feel like pauseing over and over just to see wat they r saying and i prefer to hear it if i cant understand wat they r saying ya its a drag to wait for dubbed but waiting is cool then i dont finish it to quick then im bored my favorite anime is naruto im on episode 200 in dubbed

x-Yumi-x3 I watch subbed more just because I'm use to it and I never actually notice that I'm reading, and I love learning new Jananese words. as for dubbed I'm not a real huge fan of it but I don't mind it. Like if I start watching a show and it's in dubbed then I'll keep watching it; no problem. The English voices sometimes are very loud and annoying, and it's just not natural to me I love Japanese voices. xD and they have a lot of emotions in their voice when they're talking in which I also love. So subbed is way better to me.

alinah_09 Completely agree with you,i watch both subbed and dubbed anime's especially since most of the anime's here on TV (animax) are dubbed like K-on! the 1st time I watched it,it was dubbed and when i watched the dub online (missed an episode) the voices were totally different from what i've heard on TV...so i watched with the subs,when I thought about it,the voices from TV and online sounded alike only with different languages,i thought that the english and the japanese voice actresses were the same but changed language weird :\ but like I said most of the anime's aired here are dubbed and im kinda used to it :)

euny I usually watch subbed anime since I am Spanish and we don't have many dubbed animes.

This 列表 is for the 日本动漫 characters that I dislike the most. Although I 爱情日本动漫 there are some 日本动漫 characters that aren't good.

4. Ms. Sawako (K-On!)

The main characters from the 日本动漫 slice of life 显示 K-ON! are okay, but Ms. Sawako isn't okay. She's a immature teacher who's selfih and acts like a bully to the main characters. She's supposed to help the main characters, but she's 更多 bothersome than helpful. She constanly ruins the show.
