What is something 你 DONT like about Edward Elric?

I feel that he can be a tad harsh when it is unnecessary, albeit I understand his reasons. Particularly towards Rose in the first few episodes of the original anime, he is excessively blunt without justification. He should have known that it was pointless to argue with her. That is the only aspect of his character that can be grating in my humble opinion.
