Well it depends if she can tolerate gory scenes and harsh themes. 《黑执事》 can be a fun 日本动漫 to watch, but if she's a softer core girl, I wouldn't recommend it. It really depends on watch she is used to watching...However, if she does decide to watch it, she should know that we don't really see the Undertaker that much, it's really about Ciel and Sebastian
