Hmm... Imma go with Snow from MAR. She annoys me so much that I cannot put into words the amount in which I hate her. I'm trying to remember a time when she did anything important 或者 interesting.... and I'm drawing a blank. Her counterpart, Koyuki, isn't as bad for some reason. Maybe because we see far less of her.
Misa from Death Note! I just can't stand her!!!!! She is willing to die for someone that doesn't even 爱情 her and just uses her! And the worst! She can't realize it!!!!

I'd say she's 更多 a victim than a bad guy. Light used her vulnerability and mistreats her. I feel so bad for Misa. :<
