Really? I had no idea until now that Sebastian was based on this real-life French Inquisitor of the same name as his. That is very interesting and fascinating. Thanks for the info :)

So since this is an 日本动漫 adaptation of the famous Shakespearean play as well as story, I can certainly imagine particular changes have been made to this series from the original
