"Sankarea" Is it a good 显示 to watch?

So I wanted to watch an eng dub 日本动漫 because I can :P and I came across a newly dubbed 日本动漫 Sankarea... saw a screenshot and thought it was freaky -__- Just asking is it a good 显示 to watch?
