Nope in Bleach they 说 Ichigo means strawberry.

Well, 火影忍者 can mean "maelstrom", and is also the name for a sliced stick of Kamaboko with a 粉, 粉色 whirlpool 设计 in the middle that is used as a topping for 拉面 (Naruto's 最喜爱的 food)... =)
