do all 日本动漫 start from 日本漫画 n so if it is succesful do most of the money go to the writer? (more similar 问题 inside) plzz answer

Well I'll answer as much as I can!
No not all 日本动漫 start from manga. Sometimes there's 日本漫画 after the anime, 或者 there won't be 日本漫画 at all. 日本动漫 can also start from visual novels, like (i think) Chaos;Head 或者 Steins;Gate!!

Not sure about the money, sorry..

And I guess it's personal preference whether 你 want to do a 日本漫画 或者 anime. For 日本漫画 你 sort of have 更多 freedom, of what 你 want to draw 或者 write and making your own characters could be fun, but it can be hard to get it published...
For 日本动漫 你 would most likely be drawing for other animes. So in their art styles and stuff (not too sure)
