He's from Kuroko no basket. It is a 日本动漫 about Basketball. Basically there where five guy a part of a special group of very good 篮球 guys but there was a special six one (Kuroko).
But this guy isn't him. this guy is named Ryōta Kise

I luv this 日本动漫 a lot!! It is also brand new. It came out April of this year. So 你 can only watch it subbed!! It really good and I recommend 你 watch it!!:D
