Try your 最喜爱的 hero 或者 heroine from a 最喜爱的 日本动漫 in your 最佳, 返回页首 three.

For Vocaloid, maybe 你 can dress up as the Daughter of Evil (Rillianne Lucifen d'Autriche) and get someone to go with 你 and be the Servant of Evil (Allen).
For Ouran, try thinking of some of those creative cosplays the Hosts did. 你 can dress as one of the characters in those. Although, I would suggest trying to base your cosplay on your height.
Otherwise, I have a pretty good idea. Get two friends. If you're into Hetalia, 你 guys can dress up as the Bad Touch Trio and hang around being idiots all day!~
