well it takes place in 1924 in 欧洲 and this transfer student from 日本 named kujo meets this girl named victorique. they get caught up in all these mysterious while their relationship changes. eventually, they figure out that victoriqes father is planning to seperate them and use victorique because she has a secret..... and its really suspensful! just dont give up on the first few episodes OKAY?!?!?! i 爱情 it and its my 最喜爱的日本动漫 so far! :) :) :) please watch it! its a very little-known 日本动漫

ouran isnt VERY romantiic... there isnt even a 吻乐队（Kiss） at the end........

^ O_O The whole freaking PLOT revolves around romance. Just because no one kisses doesn't mean it isn't a romance anime.
