ok so i need help what is a good series that is 邪恶力量 and has romance in it??

Try 天使 Beats (its listed as supernatural), its comedy, but the romance and drama comes towards the end.

Also Ghost Hunt, although there isn't as much romance as I'd like. Same case with Natsume Yuujinchou, but the story is very...heart-warming.

OH! I can reccomend to 你 a 日本漫画 series like that... unfortunately, no 日本动漫 (nor plans for one) have been made. It's called +Anima, it's about a bunch of kids with animal powers. There isn't really a TON of romance, but there is a little hint of it with some characters.

chobits, fruits basket,vampire knight, and clannad (clannad is sorta supernatural, very romantic)
