Do yo think that Anime's racist?

I kinda do. I know that some people say that there isn't that many balckpeople in 日本 或者 that there isn't that many half-black and half japanese people and i think that it's bull***t really? i mean some stars of 日本动漫 like sailor a girl who has blonde hair and blue eyes. now if 你 saw these types of fatures,that would most likey be on a person of english and european decent. I mean it is so unfair and I just think that 日本动漫 should be any variety reguardless of race,because most of the settings aren't even in Japan!

For example, the 日本动漫 Black Butler takes place in Victorian era England, so the people in that 日本动漫 would probably all be of European descent.
And the 日本动漫 Soul Eater takes place in Nevada, United States, so there are a variety of characteristics in that anime.
