I want to become a 日本漫画 artist but I keep changing the stories how can I be well organized?

I came up with a story about a guy who moves in with his aunt and uncle. He has 2 problems: His aunt, uncle and cousin don't want him to be a 交叉, 十字架 dresser, and he likes a girl but she thinks he's a girl. But I was popping out another story and now I have my characters totally mixed up, even the story! i am never going to be a 日本漫画 artist if I keep doing this...
