The best drawn Anime?

What 日本动漫 do 你 think has some of the best
animation,best drawn character and scenery?

They don't necessarily have to be a 日本动漫 you
like,or even if it has an awful plot.

Personally I think "Honey and Clover" is probably the best in my eyes.

Scenery....Um Chevalier D'Eon, it's set in France so lots of pretty architecture.
