Basically moving pictures are just GIF images. If 你 type the 日本动漫 you'd like to find a pic of, with GIF after it, you'd bound to find some moving pics of that anime.
For example, type 'naruto gif' in the 谷歌 searchbar. This is one of the first 图片 that I've found. Any questions?
