Well, I'm pretty sure there's just one... it made it kinda obvious in the 日本动漫 that Zero was Yuuki's "Knight," although a lot of the other characters are 吸血鬼 as well as being quite chivalrous, so there could be any number of "Vampire Knights," actually..
