Any good animes I can watch?

I'm not interested in anime's like 火影忍者 and one piece (I know, *gasp*)
I liked animes that test your knowledge like Spiral-the bonds of reasoning and Deathnote. I also enjoyed 天使 Beats. Also anything with awesome 音乐 (like 天使 Beats)
I'm also starting on Souleater which someone recomended me.
