i know this is a late response, but i do have an answer of sorts. there is one werewolf 日本漫画 in which the main character is literally a werewolf and the story revolves around him and his werewolf form. This 日本漫画 is called Wolfen Crest, if you're interested. aside from that, there is one 日本动漫 out, yet i forget the name of it, which has a vampire princess and a werewolf bodyguard. the story revolves around the bodyguard. hope this helps if you're still interested :P
