1. A subject is chosen, whether it be an episode, a character, an event, etc.

2. Backgrounds must be 1024x768

3. Round One will be open a little bit longer if need be, but in general rounds will be open for three days to give enough time to make a larger background.

4. Picks will be open for two days.

5. The winner chooses the next subject. If the winner doesn't choose after 2 days I will.
