美国偶像 Inspirational songs?

So, as I was watching the season 7 contestants stumble over themselves trying to sing "inspirational" songs on 8 April 2008, I wondered at their song choices. That raised the question for me, though: if you had to choose a song as an "inspirational" song, what would you choose, and why?

the dance by garth brooks. just because it is saying no regrets I have lived and i wouldnt change it or I may have missed something important live your life like it is all you have with all the pain and sorrow you also get the good, at least that is what I get from it.

Wow. There are just so many songs to choose from, but I guess one that I'm thinking of right now is called "Back to the Innocence" by Seven and the Sun. It's just about overcoming the harshness of the world, I don't know, I like it.
