First of all it doesn't matter either way.. I like Adam for his talent, SINGING! The boy can 带, 皮带 out a tune like no other! It would be exremely sad if people didn't vote for him b/c of his sexuality. BTW yes, he is.. sorry ladies, I know I think he's georgeous too!
I would really 爱情 to know where 你 are getting this "statistic". To say that he will lose 97% of the votes, he would have otherwise gotten had it not come out that he is gay, is ridiculous.
你 gotta give Adam Lambert's fanbase and American Idol 粉丝 in general 更多 credit than that. Believe it 或者 not, AI 粉丝 (for the most part) tend to vote for those who are the most talented, have the most stage presence and charisma. All of which Adam has. In many ways, he is truly in a different league than the other contestants this season. 粉丝 do and will recognize that, when it comes down to the final three and even the finale (which I am sure he will be a part of in the final two). And in the end their 得票数 will reflect that.
No i do not think that it is fair. He WILL lose well i might say about maybe 5% to 10% of his voters. I don't even like him, but i still think that no one should lose their shot at something like this because of their sexuality.

wow is it really that much?? who cares if hes gay!! hes no differant then anyone else!! and also, 48 percent of the world is made up of gay people. theres nothing wrong with being gay. Adam should have as many chances as anyone else.

actually he is gay. someone 说 they were his friend awhile 以前 on myspace and he was really OPEN about his gayness but ever since he went on American Idol he deleted all of his "gay content" from his myspace.
Yeah, that was me. And yes, he kept a really heartfelt personal blog where he would at times voice his opinions on gay subjects, aswell as his personal relationships (as of last fall he was in a long term relationship). This was all deleted (most likely 由 Fox, 或者 由 himself) for voting reasons I'm guessing.
ok first of all the 粉丝 shouldn't care if he's gay 或者 not they should like him for him and should keep voting... maybe he's just saying he's gay and he really isn't

Yes, they have no right to do that, he is his own person and that is all that matters... Why does that have to do with anything, 你 need to look good and have a great voice and ADAM has all of that... and 更多 they just don't want to see that. There are rto many judgemental people out there and that pisses me off the most... I 爱情 你 adam no matter what 你 are. 你 could me a monkey and have a great voice and i will still 爱情 you. ; )
I sooo didnt have a clue he was gay! but if he was Danny Gokey to me, then I surely wouldnt stop voting for him. But i dont like adam that much. Yes, he can sing, but i just dont like him.
I really don't think he will lose many voters, I don't care for him really but many people do, so I think he'll be fine. As far as it being fair no it is not and I don't even agree with that kind of lifestyle at all. But 嘿 life is not fair.
The type of people who would not vote for someone because they were gay would already be put off 由 Adam's style before even knowing he was gay. I think that the people that already vote for him are not going to stop because of his sexuality.

I would hope this to be true. However, this is the America, one of the few free nations left that still considers gay marriage WRONG (and illegal in most states). I grew up in a Lutheran religious family and 你 would be shocked 由 some of the prudish bigotry that is out there within the "church".
