That 'dance' just so happens to be the Futterwacken, the BEST DANCE EVER. In Outlandish, it's the dance of Unbridled Joy. And at the 茶 Party, Tarrant says "On the Frabjous day, when the White 皇后乐队 once again wears the crown...on THAT day, I shall Futterwacken....vigorously." Alice simply Futterwacken's to rebel in front of the crowd. xD

That dance is the futterwacken, a dance of great joy. The hatter did this dance because he was really happy that the red 皇后乐队 no longer ruled Underland, and he is really good at it. I 爱情 his dance. Alice did it because everyone was telling her she had to be proper, so she was just 展示 that she didn't have to listen to them 由 doing something different.
