Are people with Alice haircuts Alice wannabes?

I was at Elicat city during 圣诞节 and these girls had long blonde hair and blue eyes.The 下一个 日 they came back with dark red-brown short hair and black contact lenses in.They were even wearing costumes to be Alice!Those are Alice wannabes.Are 你 an Alice wannabe if 你 just have her haircut?
