My room mate has a pitbull/boxer puppy that is 6 months old. The dog is sweet yet confused and untrained. I think this is because my room mate goes to school 3 days a week for 9-10 hours and leaves the dog in the cage then the other days of the week she works (sometimes for 12 hours straight)with the dog being in the cage. Not to mention, she has never taken the dog on a walk. Is this animal abuse? I need some good positive comments to help me deal with this delicate situation.
