What can I do to help?

When my sister is going to cry(because of something that happened with her boyfriend), she hides in the closet. I hear her crying and I want to help her feel better 由 giving her a hug. But when I try to she tells me to go away. If I don't go away, she tries to 冲床 me. I try to play some 音乐 once,hoping it would make her feel better, but she tells me to turn it off.

I really want to help, so what should I do?
