This may sound controversial but I'm thinking about leaving my religon to follow my own path to find God.

If 你 feel comfortable leaving behind a religion 你 have grown up in, and feel strong enough to find God on your own and worship him as 你 feel he should be worshiped, i think it's a fabulous idea. Personally i think 你 should go for it, after all religion is supposed to make people feel happy about themselves and their life and 你 are obviously not very happy.
There is one minor point though that 你 seem to only want to do this because of a video.
I think 你 should talk to your parents 或者 your pastor 或者 whatever, hear them out as they should hear 你 in a mature and calm manner.
But if this is what 你 feel is right, then go for it. I think it would be a wonderful idea for 你 to feel 更多 comfortable with your religion is 你 can follow it how 你 wish to.

I think if you're still following God, 你 are keeping your ties to your reglion, but 你 just want to get away from the criticizing part of it. I really think 你 should think about this carefully. If 你 don't feel comfortable being a part of your religion and 你 don't think 你 can deal with the comments, it might be best for 你 to go on your own path to God. God might be putting these people who criticize 你 to make 你 stronger in your faith. Think about this a lot before 你 make a decision.
